1. We will book the Train on your behalf.

2. for online credit card payments We have a secure online system where your details are confidential

3.Booking in advance from 4 months to7 days prior to travel dates

4.All bookings have a reference number which you will be given

5.Advise delivery or pick up points of tickets .Tickets are not posted outside the country

6.Kenya Railways for has no guarantee for non paid seats .

7.Sharing Cabins: If travelling alone unless you pay whole cabin you will be joined by extra person of same sex

8.Tickets are not transferable and alteration of travel dates there is a charge.

9.Incase of refunds 20% is deducted
10.We only charge 10-15 US$ Booking Fee (extra from normal ) Which includes are Bank charges,Office administration,delivery and buying tickets on behalf
